La idea era que el deco fuera servidor, y que los telefonos y demas se conectaran a el, pero que tuvieran acceso a Internet.
Así como dices tu, entiendo que el servidor seria el telefono y el deco el cliente si lo conecto a la misma red ?

Si que se puede, si tú deco tiene soporte full wireguard, cuando lo configures tienes que seleccionar Servidor, Red, Internet.

Correcto, ayer noche lo configuré así como dices en un octagon.
Pero la ip con la que sale a internet, sigue siendo la ip publica de mi operador, como si no estuviera conectado al wireguard.
Se puede configurar para sustituir al surfshark, es decir, cambio de ip publica y dns para bloquear publicidad? Seria un puntazo

No soy experto pero para cambiar la IP pública entiendo que debes conectar a través de proxy o servicio VPN externo.

Si sales a internet con la IP pública de tu deco desde un móvil en 4G por ejemplo, es correcto.

De acuerdo, entonces va bien.

Entiendo que la comunicacion se realiza asi:

telefono ( 4g ) ------ deco ( wireguard ) --------- Internet ----------- deco ----------telefono ( 4g )
cifrado sin cifrar sin cifrar cifrado

aunque es un poco raro ahora que lo veo...

Se supone que la comunicacion del telefono a traves del deco seria cifrada tanto de ida como de vuelta, vamos, que saldria a Internet cifrada sin peligro de que "nadie" pueda descifrar nada.

Igual me estoy liando un poco

Hola compis!

Una consulta sobre la configuración de los clientes, a ver si me podéis aclarar este problemilla.

Inicialmente configuraba los clientes con acceso Servidor, pero me daba problemas y a veces no me conectaba, así que lo cambié a Servidor/Red/Internet.

Pero de esta forma, si activo la VPN no puedo navegar por Internet, solo puedo acceder al deco.

¿Cómo tendría que configurar el acceso? ¿Cómo Servidor/Red, como Wireguard o alguna otra alternativa?

First of all, try to install ip6-tables by telnet sending this command :

Try to disable IPv6 as following. Edit this file:

/etc/sysctl.conf

and add these lines at the end :

net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6=1

Restart and try again.

This error is due to disabling of IPv6. Are you using IPv6 instead ipv4?

No, not that I know of.
Has worked a lot in telnet but a lot of weird solutions.
Will flash image again, new start is usually good.

if you look here then it is the same problem but this is probably ubuntu.
Also do not know the folder structure on vu + where these files are located but you probably do.
see post last 7 days ago, there is a possible solution.

This time telnet install and see there is an error there.

Una consulta sobre la configuración de los clientes, a ver si me podéis aclarar este problemilla.

Inicialmente configuraba los clientes con acceso Servidor, pero me daba problemas y a veces no me conectaba, así que lo cambié a Servidor/Red/Internet.

Pero de esta forma, si activo la VPN no puedo navegar por Internet, solo puedo acceder al deco.

¿Cómo tendría que configurar el acceso? ¿Cómo Servidor/Red, como Wireguard o alguna otra alternativa?

Por si le sirve a alguien, cambie la configuración a Servidor/Red y con eso ya puedo conectar al deco sin perder la conexión a Internet

Buenas tardes, perdón por reflotar el tema pero tengo una duda al respecto (abrí un hilo para el acceso externo que si lo consideran puede cerrar porque el problema me lo da Wireguard).
La cuestión, tengo en un NAS de Synology instalado el Wireguard y como cliente el movil y todo perfecto.
Mi problema es, que no puedo acceder vía la app de la store de Gigablu/Vu+ en acceso externo y solo lo puedo hacer al desactivar el VPN, ahí si me aparecen los canales. En Openwebif tengo activado todo tal cual los manuales, es problema exclusivo de Wireguard.
Mi duda es que he probado a poner el Deco como cliente istanaldo el plugin y metiendo el .config, lo detecta y tal pero sale el botón rojo. Alguien sabe decirme que mas debo hacer para poder acceder de forma externa y ver los canales? (tengo también inadyn con una no-ip, entiendo que no sirve de nada teniendo ya Wireguard).

El Nas esta en la misma red local que el deco?, De ser asi desde el Nas puedes acceder al deco y viceversa?
Si todo es si, el cliente wireguard que creas en el Nas tiene permisos de acceso al Servidor y Red o solo Servidor.
