He metido el firm y todo igual a primera vista, excepto la reproducción de mkv que ha mejorado ostensiblemente.

Extract it and rename to .bin, from .sit.

Put it onto a USB stick and boot from it - but not giving me an option to format the Appz area...

Put the earlier version to USB stick (1621) and I get the option/possibility to do that. Format the Appz area. Reboot.

When I then tried putting in the latest FW version from the USB - AZbox HD couldn't recognise it.

So, I edited the name of the patch from patch_1759.bin into patch.bin and then it finally started. Done.

However, no sign of the full DiSEqC 1.1 protocol, as promised...

Telesat's new settings editor doesn't work with this very well - but I'm not sure what's the hangup...

I wouldn't know, as I use HDMI with Plasma and Home Theatre, sorry...

But it seems that new DiSEqC 1.1 protocol and some other things [dual tuners] will come out soon. Last minute bugs and not enough time, it seems prevented those parts of the image from being released... But soon...:have a nice day:We wait and drooooollllllllllllll...:Psmiley:

Cambiaron lo que mostraba el display LCD cuando reproducía una película, creo que antes salia el porcentaje y ahora sale el tiempo que lleva transcurrido. ¿esto se puede cambiar en algún lado?, la verdad que prefería el porcentaje.
¿Alguien ha probado los WMVHD de la página de Microsoft?, a pesar de tener 5.1 sigue sin reproducirlo bien.

Bueno pues esta muy bien, videos 1080 que antes no funcionaban bien ahora perfecto y el que no se borren las listas de canales ni la configuracion del motor tambien es de agradecer.

Eso último es lo que a mi me ha gustado más, que no borren la lista de canales ni las configuraciones :thumbsup:
Otra cosa, ¿alguno de vosotros nota que el sonido del azbox es un poco bajo? Es que con el mismo sonido en la tele, se me oye mucho más alto el tdt que el azbox (con el volumen de los dos al máximo). Que quede claro que esto pasa con todos los firms, no sólo con éste.

He puesto este nuevo firm y he detectado varios bugs:

1) Al estar grabando un canal e ir a reproducir otra grabación se pone loco, no reproduce nada y a partir de ahí aparece pantalla en negro. Hay que reiniciarlo (con el firm anterior no pasaba).

2) Con el deco en standby, al quitar el disco usb y luego volver a ponerlo me hace cosas raras, como que me aparecen 2 usbs conectados (solo tengo 1) y al intentar ir a cualquier de ellos me desaparece el contenido del usb.

Bueno, pues de momento muy bien. Ahora me reproduce todas las pelis que tenia en wmv y el mkv que antes no podía ver. Probaremos más a fondo pero hasta ahora ok. Este AZbox cada día me gusta más, solo nos falta CCCam nativo y a funcionar con n3.

Más problemas:

1) En los mkvs se para el audio. De 10 mkvs que tengo pasó en 8.
2) Al ir a la lista de grabaciones, y elegir una, a veces se bloquea, con pantalla en negro y hay que reiniciar.
Añado:
3) Se cuelga al usar el timeshift

¿Podeis probar estos busgs? Igual sólo es fallo del mio...

No sé si será mi deco, pero cuando lo reinicio, igual tengo que hacerlo 5 veces seguidas hasta que funciona bien, y para colmo se reinicia con un formato de pantalla que no es el que tengo definido en Settings.

Con el nuevo firmware? tienes el disco USB conectado? has hecho volver a factory defaults?

Sí, si uno hace una "instalación limpia" se debe resolver los ajustes de nuevo.

No por lo que si uno no hace los valores predeterminados de fábrica y Formato Appz Zona.

Entonces, se debe recordar la configuración y no borrar los canales.

Yes, if one does a "clean install" one must sort out the settings again.

Not so if one doesn't do the Factory Defaults and Format Appz Area.

Then, it should remember your settings and not delete the channels.

Si, es con el último firm, no he hecho el factory reset y no tengo el usb conectado. Ayer, después de reiniciar 4 veces tuve que desconectar de la antena y de la red, y así consiguió reiniciar. Por cierto, con este firm, mbox se muere al cabo de un rato de estar funcionando y no vuelve si no reinicias el deco. No me suena que esto pasara con firms anteriores.

Es necesario un factory defaults despues de actualizar el firmware. Sino puede pasar cualquier cosa.
