jajaja las cosas que se estan aprendiendo, eso esta bien, pues nada en cuanto terminen de compilar algunas cosas que les quedan para otros receptores se libera el nuevo SettingsMaker

Nick and Mecha Thanks for doing a perfect job, as always, a big hug for both and waiting for news release.

Hi @mecha and all,

You reported me that in the new fw the section of Defaultdb is compressed.

Do you know the algorithm or the way to decompress/compress this section?

If is possible we put the list in the same way instead to put only the informations about sat and transponders.

Any info is gratefull.

Bye

Nick

Hello nick

I believe that the data in the header of the module defaultdb you know it, and it is not necessary to put it

Once extracted the block with the defaultdb(PRC) compressed code, this is decompressed with the command (LZMA d file_origin file_destination)

example

LZMA d defaultdb(PRC) defaultdb(PRC).lzma

and returns to compress with command (LZMA e file_origin file_destination -lc0 -lp2)

example

LZMA e defaultdb(PRC).lzma defaultdb(PRC) -lc0 -lp2

then once integrated into the module's file with the complete firmware, must fix the header of the block defaultdb(PRC), with the size of the data of the new module compressed and the new block or instead of the new CRC, CRC change by NCRC so that you do not check the checksum of the module.

Bye
