Hello friends,
As I had promised, here's my skin for AzBox E2: AzBox Pro HD.
It's designed and tested in HD (1280x720px) screens, but could look weird in other resolution (@darkmantk?).
If you have any issue regarding this, inform your TV model, screen aspect ratio, resolution and frequency and I can try to fix.
It's based on Infinity HD, but I have reviwed *every* screen. For me, every pixel *IS* important.
Also, I have used some concepts for it:
- All the GUI should look cohese. I don't like when seems we are using another device when I just changed a screen (enter MC you'll understand what I mean).
- Almost NO windows. For me, window on our STB is useless, as we can't move/maximize/minimize it.
I don't think we should copy other system's paradigms for STB GUI. Every device have it's own usability characteristics.
- Warning: It will replace your bootscreens (no fancy figurines.. it intend to be a "Pro", more sober).
If you use a custom bootscreen, you should make a backup first (installer should make it for you, but do it anyway).
- Warning 2: It will also add my translation to Brazilian Portuguese. If you like the buggy and incomplete PT
translation, do a backup also.
At this time, it is fully functional (for me) using latest RTi image based on GIT, and should be working fine with most functions.
If you guys have some time to test it, I would be glad to hear your opinion about it.
Also if you have any problem or green screen while browsing over your plugins, etc, please report.
(if you have any greenscreen, please inform where and share a enigma2 log, if you could).
NOTE: As it will replace some files to work properly, you MUST install using
ipkg --force-overwrite enigma2-skin-azbox-pro-hd-dc.ipk
Otherwise, it will not install.
