Please help, I have a computer with Windows 7 (x32) I installed the extra putty and I have a problem because I can not type the password in putty, login, I enter without a problem, and the password is not as if the keyboard does not work

When you type the password in telnet, screen doesn't show what you're typing.
But it's typped.
You must remember the new pass and enter it twice:
- type passwd in telnet
- press Intro
- type new pass (screen will show nothing typed)
- press Intro
- re-type new pass again (screen will show nothing typed)
- press intro
- finished

Thank you work ok I would like to insert your command: echo 3> proc / sys / vm / drop_caches, but nothing happens when you enter # free, it shows the memory. How to # echo command?

This character "#" is set only in lines of script files to comment as you write text after the # character, in order that this line is not a command.
