OK, here you have the whole thing, just unzip and then send to the correct folders in AZ HD with PB-E2 VX.
If necessary give CHMOD to 755 (modules and scripts and some folders, if/when you make them).
You must edit the part about your subscription card and your account etc.
Mostly it's covered with xxxxxx...

P.S. Ignore the CCcam part (just if you need for stuff working with keys!) - OSCam is working fine!
