No TV picture

I just installed version 3.2 but Im not getting any TV picture. Menus and such are working.
Camd is working and I'm recieving codes and I have a good signal strength.

Does anyone have any ideas?

*EDIT* Just tested 3.1 and it has the same issue, all I see is the background image.

This is now resolved

For some reason I had to go to find a FTA channel and select it first and then back to a coded one.
