everything just freezes

When I change channels from dvbs to dvbt everything just freezes. No error message,

I have thesame on VU+ Solo.
In the first time DVB-T works fine but after going to other tuner and come back again to DVB-T the SPINNER stuck on screen and even no crash happened. So I should reset the box.

Do you use last image? Last drivers?

I have the same problem on 5.0.001, 5.0.002, 5.0.003 images.
The box detect my USB DVB-T as "Afatech af9015" and installs some drivers from your server.
Should I install drivers from somewhere else?

Additional info: My USB DVB-T works fine on BlackHole. Is it possible to use their drivers?

The drivers of BlackHole have protection and not is possible use this in others images.

Here's the log I've made.

And here's the scenario:

1. PowerOn
2. Zap to a channel on Hotbird
3. Zap to a channel on DVB-T (works fine and shows the channel)
4. Zap to another channel on Hotbird
5. Zap to another channel on DVB-T (the spinner stucks on screen)
