Buenos días , has conseguido actualizar a esta versión , yo llevaba tiempo sin actualizar me he conectado por el puerto 7681 y he seguido todos los pasos como primera instalación al principio pregunta si quiero restaurar una existente y le digo que no creo que es así y sigo todo el proceso hasta el final pero después cuando accedo a la ip:5000 lo que hace es arrancar directamente en la misma version ya que no instala nada .

si son los mismos pasos lo único que primero me pregunta si quiero recuperar imagen existente detectada y le digo que no para que empiece el menú y al terminar cuando carga se inicia solo la versión instalada.

Si, es correcto, así lo hago yo y me carga la nueva versión. No entiendo por que a ti no te carga la nueva.

Gracias , probare con otro pendrive a ver , pero es el mismo que tiene puesto y lo formatee con easeus para eliminar todo lo que tenia .

Yo lo hago con AOMEI Partición y elimino todas las particiones antes de cargar la nueva versión con balenaEtcher

Es muy importante usar usb (3.0) o ssd que sean de rápida escritura y lectura, para evitar errores y se inicie rápido el sistema.
