Tengo este sintonizador USB DVB-C/T2 (Xbox One TV)... funcionó en OpenSpa 7.5... no funciona en 8.4... me da este error....déjame enfatizar que tengo el controlador instalado
informa este error

Yo al instalar openspa 8.4 lo tenía puesto en USB . También me daba error .Lo he vuelto instalar openspa está vez sin TDT puesto en USB .Después de configurar todo . Lo he puesto u me funcionó.

Realiza lo comentado por el compañero y nos cuentas.

Aquí una foto de Octagon SF8008 Twin, instalación realizada sin quitar el usb-tdt, no puedo decir otra cosa.
Vemos el canal A3Seres de TDT de fondo.

Falta esto para no liarnos con el modelo y entiendo que la 8.4.004 para no liarnos....con 001-002-003-004.

Entiendo que saltaste de 7.5 hasta la 8.4.xxx, entiendo tambien instalacion limpia, sin usar ningún backup de la configuración verdad??
Con el usb conectado al deco, encenderlo del boton trasero y cuando ya este arrancado, enviar por telnet el comando dmesg -->/tmp/dmesg.txt esto te creara un archivo dmesg.txt en la carpeta /tmp del deco, nos lo adjuntas haber si vemos algo.

PD: De 7.5 a 8.4 se tiene que hacer instalación limpia, si o si, desde cero.

Es raro, porque el simbolo que dice que no encuentra esta en el modulo spa-dvb-module-dib0070 que tiene pueso que se instale automaticamente. Intenta hacer por telnet un opkg install spa-dvb-module-dib0070 a ver que te dice.

Hice una instalación limpia OpenSPA 8.4.004

OK, instalación limpia desde cero.
Lo comento para otros por si acaso.
Pero como suele pasar (a mi también), luego dice que encontró un backup de la configuración y pregunta si quieres usarlo, aqui la respuesta es no, pa no cagarla.

Sobre la foto que pones creo que ya se el problema si quieres TDT.

Lo tienes configurado para DVB-C (cable), si ya se que dirás que el interno se ve, pero no el usb-TDT.
Me paso y es por estar configurado para DVB-C (cable) y me liaba al ver canales de TDT.
Al entrar tardara un buen rato cuando estés encima y le des a la derecha/izquierda para cambiar, déjale lo que tarde, salva/guarda botón verde.
Luego salva las configuraciones guardadas en memoria entrando en Apagar equipo, selecciona Reiniciar interfar para guardar las configuraciones en ficheros que leera durante el arranque, echo todos estos pasos, ahora si reiniciar el equipo.

Esto es el Octagon SF8008Twin.

Como ves en al foto lo tengo como DVB-T2, lo tienes en cable (DVB-C)

PD: Sintoniza, pero no se ve, las modulaciones son diferentes en cable.
PD2: Si es TDT lo que quieres ver, si es cable avisa.
