Aqui tenemos el otro grupo para mpcs, lo han llamado OSCam:

Hi all,

due to some divergence on the principle of Open Source, we have start a fork of MpCS version 0.9d.
The new fork is named OSCam, for Open Source Cam. Main changes from MpCS 0.9d are:

- add support for reader with 6.00 MHz (Mhz option in config, only on Linux),
- better support for Viaccess EMMs,
- add support for some videoguard2 cards (aka NDS, Sky UK and Sky IT) only on Linux at this time,
- support for SECA PPV (but you still need to buy the event/film),
- and some bugs corrections.

Note: NDS and 6.0 MHz support are only working and tested on Linux i686 and x86_64. It should not work on dreambox (at this time).

Thanks a _lot_ to Dukat for the original MpCS.

Creo que la mejor versión es la mpcs 0.9e con gbox... este oscam no soporta el protocolo gbox, y tiene una limitación de max. clients=29.

Ha salido nueva version pero todavía no hay binario para el AzBox.

Main changes:

- Mac OS X version (Intel and PPC),
- unlockparental flag to disable pin for seca,
- msgsize to 272 to support some cards, like russian NTV,
- preliminary support for Smargo SmartReaderPlus (not tested, as we don't have this reader),
- bugs fix.

Ha salido la nueva versión, seguimos sin binario para AzBox:

version 0.99.4 is now available at the usual place (wiki, svn).

Main changes:

videoguard BoxID can be specified in the config file
support of the viaccess nano d2 (assuming you have the correct AES key in the config)
add support for 10MHz readers
extend uniq configuration option to check multi-user on the same IP
Change timeouts from seconds to milliseconds
wait for local cards on oscam startup before opening network ports (see WaitForCards config option)
Try decoding first on local cards
add CMake build system
use our own AES functions if target don't have them (at compile time)
added patch for TVN ECM
increase maxtuntab
setup UnLockParental for viaccess too
Add logging of CW in files for offline decrypting
many bug fixes
