Inadyn

A ver si se os ocurre porque no me actualiza el inadyn por si solo sino es que lo actualizo yo por telnet.

Tengo activa el inadyn en el autorun

Y el inadyn config lo tengo de la siguiente manera

##y le añades una primera linea, como esta:
--dyndns_system [email protected]
##configuras las siguientes con los datos de tu cuenta hosts en no-ip.com
--username rXXXXXXX@XXXXX
--password XXXXXXXX
--alias XXXXXXX.no-XX.XXX
--update_period 60000

Y por telnet me funciona correctamente

Pues no se, yo lo hago en el router en la opción de Dynamic DNS, le meto la configuración de mi cuenta no_ip y me olvido de plugins, ya te lo hace solo.

al inadyn config añadele estas dos lineas que te añado al final de tu ejemplo:

--dyndns_system [email protected]
--username rXXXXXXX@XXXXX
--password XXXXXXXX
--alias XXXXXXX.no-XX.XXX
--update_period 60000
--log_file /tmp/inadyn.log
--background

Y por telnet puedes ir viento el contenido del archivo de log, con el comando
cat /tmp/inadyn.log
y así miras si realmente está funcionando.

si tienes errores, comprueba en el /root/spark/etc/inadyn.conf
que esté todo bien.

cuando te da ese error, lo mas probable es que no tengas acceso a internet desde el deco,
el mensaje dice error resolviendo el host name "ip1.dynupdate.no-ip.com'
escribe en un navegador de intenet la dirección web: ip1.dynupdate.no-ip.com
¿que es lo que te muestra como resultado?
yo diria que es tu IP pública.
Si inadyn consigue obtener tu ip publica, entonces actualizara tu cuenta hostname en no-ip.org

prueba esto:
wget -O mi-ip.txt http://ip1.dynupdate.no-ip.com
cat mi-ip.txt

[root@stlinux]#wget -O mi-ip.txt http://ip1.dynupdate.no-ip.com
Connecting to ip1.dynupdate.no-ip.com (8.23.224.121:80)

en lo que marco en rojo verás tu ip de internet, claro está si consigues tener acceso.

bueno creo que ya se cual es el problema y no me digas porque pero cuando reinicio el deco parece que el inadyn no funciona debo pararlo y volverlo a arrancar. Os pongo un log. Se te ocurre alguna idea?

Puede que en el arranque el inadyn se cargue antes de tener conexión buena de red, y por eso falle y ya no encuentre las DNS.
Esta tarde lo pruebo en mi deco, y si es eso, hacemos un script que se ejecute al final del arranque, que cierre el proceso inadyn, y vuelva a reiniciarlo, y a ver si así, el log es correcto.

Bueno, he mirado el inadyn.log mio después del reinicio que le tengo programado al deco, y esto es lo que tiene:

Es decir el primer intento de obtener mi IP publica a fallado, pero ya al segundo si lo ha obtenido y actualizado mi cuenta host

viendo el archivo autorun.sh, veo que dice:

########## colocarlo después resolv.conf ###########
/etc/init.d/inadyn start
#################################################

y comprobando donde se encuentra la linea que ejecuta el resolv.conf, veo que mas arriba, hay otro comando deshabilitado con ## que se ve que en una configuración de versiones anteriores era donde se ejecutaba el inadyn.

/etc/init.d/sshd start
##/etc/init.d/inadyn start
rm -rf /tmp/*

find /etc/ -type l -name "resolv.conf" | xargs rm -rf

Miralo que tu tambien lo tengas deshabilitado, para que no se inicie antes del resolv.conf.

Lo deshabilito y lo pruebo de nuevo
