1} Please go to XBMC section and choose system and then file manager
2} Now you will see that File Manager offers a simple way to mange your folders, files ...etc. You will see that you have the option to choose where to look for your files and to where you you want to copy them too.
In my example I will copy "screenshot003.png" to the folder /mnt/hdd0/media/do/DoDatki
3} If you are on left side of the screen then press "i" on your remote control and a menu will show up that will give you some options. Select "copy" and on the right side of the screen choose the folder that you want to the file to be copied too.
4} Press OK on your remote control and when asked select "YES" to confirm this is what you want to do.
Now you will see your file was copied to your selected location ( /mnt/hdd0/media/do/DoDatki/ in this example).
5} File Manager also gives you the option to delete, move, copy or create folders (see screenshot for all avaliable options).
One great option is "create folder"
6} Just select where you want the folder to be created and give it a name.
7} After this and select "Done" and folder will be crested in /mnt/hdd0/media/do/DoDatki
